Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We stand by the quality of all of our prints thus we have a very generous refund policy. But there still are some restriction. Please read the policy before requesting a refund. This policy applies to the U.S. only if you are out of the U.S. email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If an item arrives damaged or not to a decent quality standard we will either replace it (Most common) or offer a refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please send a photo of the item when requesting a refund.,

Gift cards are ineligible for refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
